Saila has no permanent appearance, nor does she remember
what her born form was, but she has held a certain
manifestation for such a long time now, that she calls the form
her own. She appears to be a girl around fourteen years old,
maybe around five foot three, with a pale colored skin. It is the
appearance of a friend she once had long ago, who was turned
into a Heartless after losing her heart to darkness following an
attack when a hero had come through the town. As a sign of
tribute, she continued to appear as her friend so that she
could “live on”.
The girl has long teal-ish blue hair which nearly reaches the flood
when it’s all down. It’s typically worn in high-point tails with a red-
ribbon, making the flowing hair go to her knees. Choppy bangs
hang around her face, though it seems to always stay out of her
features. She has soft cheek bones, a delicately curved nose,
and a mouth that is always curved into a smirk or a smile. She
has big blue eyes, full of a sort of curiosity and wonder about the
world around her. Two subtly curved eye-brows frame there,
making her face look slightly more childish than the age of the
actual person.
Her outfits are usually colored gray, black, or a teal that matches
her hair. Characteristically she wears a dark gray zipper up
collared shirt, which she keeps the very bottom unzipped by a
black shirt. This skirt is tipped with a teal blue, and has a lose
string that matches it hanging from her waist. To wrap both of
these up, she has thigh-high black boots, the bottoms a
matching teal, and black slip-on sleeves that attach on her
forearm, also tipped with blue. She also will wear a blue boy’s
tie, making her look a bit punk rock-ish. A small tattoo of a
number one adorns her left arm, though nobody is quite sure
why.

- PERSONA - PERSONA - PERSONA - PERSONA -
Saila is a handful of a girl to deal with, mainly because she can
have a completely different appearance from day to day, but the
same personality follows her about. This shy little girl will
probably be one of the nicest persons that you can meet, willing
to give it all if it meant saving another’s life. It was this
personality that got her far in her life, and though she doesn’t
seem the kind of person to jump in front of a bus for just
anybody, she would never let a life be ruined and her just stand
on the side-lines.
She’s a brave girl, though she’ll never say so herself. She’s
rather selfless, she won’t take the credit unless somebody insists
on it, and will often try and get others to take the credits. She is
actually extremely afraid of heights, and hates that fact because
it has more than once gotten in her way while trying to help
somebody out. She’s also slightly dyslexic, where she will
sometimes write things completely backwards on her right side of
papers, though she has gotten better at this in the present, so
she is able to write normally unless she’s not focusing.
She’s quite the jokester once you get to know her, however, and
she will play minor pranks on you, but nothing that will hurt you.
She’s very good humored, and hard to insult, because if you
were to call her an idiot, she would just come back with an “I
may be, but who are you to call me such?” or something equally
as calm and tranquil. She does not like resorting back to violence
when it comes to people, even if they are a Nobody, and will
even help an enemy if they seem to be on a perilous journey to
eminent death. Saila wouldn’t wish death on anybody unless
they completely deserved it.
Making an enemy out of her would, as you can see, be extremely
hard. But she can be extremely ruthless if you get on her wrong
side. Much like she kills Heartless to protect those around her, if
she finds you a threat to the ones that she wants to protect, she
will not hesitate to attack. Though, her fighting talents in the first
place aren’t that skilled and professional, she is quick to strike,
and very easy to underestimate. Though many people would
never see this side of Saila, because her overall personality is so
good-willed and merciful, that she wouldn’t attack you unless she
needed to.

Saila is in possession of a set of six shuriken that she keeps
attached to the string attached to her skirt. Though they are
mainly just for show, she is a talented thrower at her disks, and
can aim them exactly where she wants them to go. A few of them
she has a string strung through the middle, so that it will act like
a yo-yo, swinging out in a dangerous arc, and then she can pull it
back to her. When she first got her shuriken, she established this
system so she wouldn’t have to go fetch them. Over time, she
has developed her skills to wear she can catch them as they
come back without injury.
With more practice, she will be able to combine her powers into
the arc of the string as she throws, making a comet’s tail behind
it that will be able to slice through Shadows, and eventually
stronger Heartless, like she had cut them with a knife. This
power will probably come when she reaches about level four
overall, and once she starts fighting more often against other
things than the Shadows that are haunting her town currently,
or start calling herself a hero as she rightly is.
She also is a skilled fighter with her tessen, or iron fan. It looks
just like a pretty little fan, but some of the edges are sharpened
to where she could harm another person with it. She is much
more experienced with her tessen than her shuriken, where she
can charge her powers through the blades, and use the tessen
much as a boomerang to attack enemies from in front or behind.
She only has one of these, making the comeback important, and
she keeps the weapon up her sleeve.

She was born in Neverland, but sometimes manages to hitch a
ride with a hero in a Gummi Ship to other worlds.
do you think about everything you’ve been through
- HISTORY - HISTORY - HISTORY - HISTORY -
Saila was born in Neverland as sort of a shadow-child, since
nobody was supposed to grow up in Neverland, but she was
able to blend in rather well when she shifted to the appearance
of a child who had recently gone missing. Her parents soon
learned that if Saila had contact with something for more than
thirty seconds, she was able to copy that shape identically for an
extended period of time, as long as the thing she shifted too was
able to breathe.
Though, they learned that she had to have contact with
something in order for any powers to take effect, and she could
only have one form where she didn’t have to touch anything to
shift back too. They also learned that the small child had asthma,
which was brought on by large bouts of smoke, so they kept her
away from the large bonfires that would throw the particles in
the air, and since they were in Neverland, they didn’t learn about
her dyslexia until much later.
She grew up among all the other children, her life always curious
because of her shifting. She would constantly take on the shape
of her friends to bother them, or so that they could have an
argument with themselves, but she would always shift back to
her born form when she grew bored. She learned basic combat
along with the other kids, got to fly with pixie dust, though she
loved to change to Tinker Bell herself when the pixie wasn’t
paying attention to the light touch by her wings. Life seemed
normal enough, at least, until the Heartless came.
When this happened, the children went after them, but none of
them seemed able to stop the shadowy figures for long. Saila did
all she could to help protect the younger children, and her friend
Asazen fought alongside her. They were best of friends, many
would agree, but when Asazen and Saila were luring the
Heartless away from the main part of the town and they did their
classic split-up, they weren’t able to evenly divide the invading
Heartless. In fact, most of the Heartless ended up following Asa
down her escape.
Saila, when she noticed this, turned back and made for the
location that Asa would have been. Dropping in, she copied Asa’s
appearance and they fought back the many Heartless. But even
when they returned back, Asa wasn’t happy with her abilities
while she was fighting Light. Even with the Hero’s here, they’re
not fixing the Heartless problem, so maybe we’re going this all
wrong. Maybe Light isn’t the best way, she argued, and Saila
knew that her heart and mind had already been corrupted.
So, Saila started taking on Asazen’s appearance more often,
trying to get her friend to see sense, but Asa wouldn’t hear of it.
Eventually, Asa’s heart was completely corrupted and Asa faded
into a Heartless. Unable to tell who her friend was among the
swarms, Saila probably ended up destroying her in the next
attack. Though, she remained as Asazen for longer than she’d
ever stayed in a different form, and eventually, she forgot the
guise of her original form and she adopted it as her own.
And she went on to fight against the Heartless, hoping to defeat
the darkness that created her best friend’s demise and fighting
as a hero. She caught a ride with a few of the hero’s, making her
skills better with her weapons, and soon became known as the
Unknown Soldier, killing off the Heartless but not leaving a sign
of herself as a fighter. Since then, this is what she has been
doing, and still hoping to find a way to rid the world of the rest of
the Darkness to prevent others from falling to Asa’s own fate.
