_____//{ for tricks and errie tales}
"How long will you be gone?" "I wish I could tell you... but I don't know..." "I will wait as long as you need me to. I will never give up on you." "... I may never come back." "I'll take that risk... for you, anything." "Well, wish me luck?" "Good luck Alvita... be strong."
Putting trust into the shadows was not a easy thing to do, especially knowing it could corrupt her shell and destroy her. It was all she had though when trying to travel outside her world, casting a vessel out and walking through them. One world after another, all she heard and had to deal with was heartless and world issues. Nothing that was helping her in her quest. As each day went by she could manage to find a spot to sit and remind herself of the things she left behind to go through this blind hoped journey, leaving behind friends... and a possible chance of regaining her heart. Her mind though was not in the right place to accept such a thing. I made a promise... I have to keep looking.
With each portal cast out she could feel the energy of her magic drain greatly, until finally could not cast out another portal. Slowly walking out of the poral and seeing she was on a beach in front of an ocean, she already wanted to try someplace else due to the water reminding her of home. Alas when trying to summon the black portal, it would not come. I'm out of magic already?! "This can't be happening, here of all places…", why would the shadows bring her to such a empty deserted island?
The sky was bright and filled with small clouds, the currents pushed at her brown hair softly, and looking down she could see the sand already sticking to her white girly flat shoes. The young woman wore a very simple outfit, a gray dress that hung close to her body but frilled lightly under the yellow band that was tightly secured around her waist. On her left wrist was a weaved black, blue, and white bracelet that she made one day when she was bored. Around her neck was the small silver heart necklace that she swore to never take off until she found her heart.
All around her was sand, a small dock, a large tree, and a little island sticking from the sea. Maybe I could get a good look from up there?, a poor idea for she knew traveling around would probably be a better choice. Looking out to the sea, it seemed to clean and clear... different from her home world. "I never noticed how different currents could be... interesting...", studying currents wasn't on her true agenda though... trying to find a living soul seemed like a proper choice, just where to look...

[OOC: Haven't forgotten this site, I just got a little caught up lately--sorry I kinda disappeared.]
Riku had become something of a yo-yo. Every now and again he'd just up and go, leave the islands, take off, get out--and he always came back, as if drawn back by leash to the spot where he and Sora used to duke it out with little wooden swords and study the dimming hues of the sun spilling out onto the waves afterward. It wasn't like he vanished without a trace, either; he was good about letting Sora and/or Kairi know when he was about to vamoose, or at the very least leave a last minute note. Because he loved the islands more with every day he was away from them, but some days when he was there, they smothered the life out of him.
Today wasn't one of those days. He could breathe okay, sitting on the paopu tree and smelling the salt of the ocean, but his imagination was going. It'd been awhile since he visited a new world, and sinking his feet into the same trails up and down the old ones was beginning to get tiresome. His next trip needed to be somewhere new. Somewhere different.
Darkness.
While Riku could no longer control it, he remembered enough about the smell of it to know when it was there--seductive, satiny, coiling about his senses and weighing them down like smog. Aquamarine eyes knifed for the source, but only caught a flicker of it as it disappeared behind a stranger--dark-haired, clad in blue, young. He didn't recognize her. As a result, she didn't look like anyone he knew for a fact to be harmful, but Riku knew better than to trust without thinking. Plus, the fact that someone had just used the darkness to come to his islands, the ones he and Sora now protected from a palpable enemy, was enough to get him riled in an instant.
So he vaulted down from the paopu tree and in another move his feet made craters in the sand with a heavy dffffssssssss, eyes flashing as he strode over to the intruder. Ripping Way out of hammerspace would probably be jumping the gun so he didn't do that, but his voice was anything but gentle.
"Who are you."

[[ it's alright I know how busy things are getting, with holidays approaching so fast =] ]] The waves just continued to push in and pull out on the clean bright sand, her empty eyes could do nothing but zone into the pattern that was almost hypnotizing. It was until hearing the sand stir quickly, her head quickly turned towards the source and she saw a young man approach her. Seeing how he came from the small island she had decided not to explore to, quickly made her realize he must have had the best advantage seeing as to how she appeared. There was of course the chance he might not of- it was a chance she would have to take. When he made a stop the first thing that caught her attention was his hair, it was almost as bright towards his eyes, which was already showing hostility. It was a small skill she quickly caught on to, how different the eyes shinned compared to creatures like herself. They were the windows into souls... and hers could never be able to compare to his...
"Who are you." The young man's tone was not in a form of a question, it was very demanding. She could already tell how unwelcome her presence was towards this stranger with the way he stood and looked at her. ‘Maybe he did see me after all…’, instead of showing fear and uncertainty- her facial mask showed a light smile and gave off a very hushed dry laugh. ”Nice to meet you to.” , his rudeness had already slightly rubbed her the wrong way. It would be a wise choice though to at least show some ease to not stir a fight, she did not have the energy to waste on a battle- nor had any… desire. ”I am someone who would like you to change your tone… it’s very rude to act that way upon first meeting… didn’t anyone ever tell you to always make a good first impression?”, beating around the bush on just giving her name- which she knew was something he might of wanted already. ”My name sir, is Alvita…” She nodded her head in a polite gesture of greetings , though upon returning to a normal stance she quickly drew her arms across her chest and her toned quickly changed to a light demand ”, and you are?”.[/blockquote] [[ I changed the face of my character =D pink hair looked cuter, you can go off her new looks if you want ]]
